What does a personal concierge do?
If it’s legal, we can do it. We recently found an amazing solid wood amoire on Craigslist for $85-, arranged its delivery & were there waiting for it at the client’s home while she was at work. Same client just had a girl’s night at her house & her friends were amazed at her “score”. If you can think of it, we get it done.
How do I get started?
We provide every potential client a complimentary consultation. If you are relinquishing control over certain portions of your life, you must be extremely comfortable with your caretakers. Our goal is to be a “second you”, so we are very transparent about every aspect of our ourselves & our business.

First off, we are extremely hands on; our services are tailored to the wants & needs of each individual client. We routinely research lifestyle management & personal concierge firms all over the globe & most have a very vague “about me” page on their site & only offer a contact forms as their method of “meeting” a client. We believe that it is imperative to establish rapport & trust as we mutually embark on the beginning of what we hope will be a long term partnership. We work very closely with our clients to inspire their confidence & trust, thus helping them move forward with their goals & objectives without feeling overwhelmed. We may be hired to do one job, but we are then often asked to help in many other areas. But, it all starts with organization & that is what we create for our clients. We do organization well.

What Are Your Service Hours?
Running in Stilettos is available to you 24/7. However, our normal business hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm Saturday & off on Sunday. Services requested outside of normal business hours or on holidays may be subject to additional premium(s).
What methods of payments are accepted?
Running in Stilettos accepts cash, personal, traveler’s or company checks, Paypal or Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
