we got a text at 10:45pm on wednesday night from one of our valued clients. a friend of hers had had a last minute in-home pet sitting emergency ~ she & her family were set to leave the next day at noon for a 4 day trip & the person who was supposed to stay with their dog flaked. obviously in a tizzy, she sent a facebook email to my client to see if there was someone she could recommend. it was us, of course. we got the email from the prospective client at 11:15pm, replied right away & were at her home the next morning at 9:30am for the complimentary meet-&-greet & pet care instructions. that’s just how we roll!
we provide dog waking & in-home pet sitting services 7 days a week throughout the greater lake norman area. we do this work ourselves & do not use sub-contractors. we form relationships with the pets in our care ~ they receive nice, long walks, food, water & treats as specified by their owners & lots of play, love & affection. we also administer any meds that the pet needs ~ oral or injections. we can text you, on any schedule you wish, to get updates on your babies while at work or on a trip! no stress for you or your pet.
