monthly ~ single family $35- month, condo $30- month
b-weekly ~ single family $65-month, condo $55- month
weekly ~ single family $100-month, condo $85- month
additional trips will be billed at $25- a visit
the standard home watch service package is offered at both 6 month and 12 month agreements.

. inspect grounds for erosion problems
. verify security by checking all doors, windows, screens & garage doors
. inspect exterior of home wear & tear (walls, paint, siding & roof damage)
. look for weather damage ~ water leaks, wind, etc.
. inspect for pests & insect infestation
. test sprinkler systems
. inspect for lawn and landscaping per contractor agreement
. inspect pool, spa & equipment maintained per contractor agreement
. check for excessive exterior mold & mildew
. inspect A/C equipment
. inspect outside plumbing
. ensure mail & delivered packages go inside, no flyers on the property
interior:
. water plants
. verify all doors & windows are locked & secured
. inspect for lighting problems
. inspect for pest & insect infestation
. inspect for Rain/water damage to ceilings, walls, floors, skylights, windows etc.
. check for mold, mildew & any water issue
. check plumbing ~ run faucets, flush toilets, run garbage disposal
. check hot water heater
. inspect air conditioner & heater checked for proper setting and operation
. check smoke detectors
. check all appliances ~ refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer & dryer
. retrieve mail, newspapers, flyers & forward mail, if necessary
. start automobile(s) upon client request
you will receive notification of all inspection results via email.
in the event a problem is detected that requires immediate attention, we call you right away & assist you in any way as you work through this issue with the service vendor of your choice. wait services are available & are invoiced as additional charges.
