as mentioned on our about me page, one of our principals, lin, is a college trained trained interior designer & all-round creative gal. we begin every service we offer with a complementary consultation. if you decide to go forward with any of our design services, we require a 2 hour minimum

do you have an empty space or just want to start over. we can help you hone your vision, determine the color palate, draw up the plans & shop for all the furniture, art & accessories. want to be a integral part of the process or just turn it over to us? either is fine. it is your home & we totally respect that.

we work with you to determine your color palate, give you space planning & furniture placement ideas & also suggestions for accessories & lighting. then you do the rest.
color consultation
bring more color & energy into your life. little changes can make a big difference. color can make you home more interesting, warm & alive.
redesign
we take you existing furniture, art & accessories & rework them to create a new & refreshed space & make suggestions for low-cost additions that can give you a more updated space.
home staging
a staged home will sell in less time for more money. we offer staging consultations that can give you the road-map so that you can stage your home yourself or do all or part of the work for you

send us you pictures & measurements & we can come up with a plan for you.
